»War in Europe – How far? How much further?« – Diplomatic Discourse in Liechtenstein

On October 24, 2023, the Diplomatic Discourse supported by the Centre for Strategy and Higher Leadership took place in Liechtenstein. Former NATO Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe, General Sir Richard Shirreff KCB CBE, spoke about the challenges posed by the war in Ukraine. In his highly acclaimed book “War with Russia”, published in 2016, General Shirreff had already predicted that Russia under Putin would not shy away from a military attack in order to protect its political interests.
